Concierge Organizer was first created when I was the Chef Concierge at the Lancaster, back in 1998. It was at the time based on FileMaker Pro and operating on a single station. I then moved to the Four Seasons George V in 2001 and implemented it on multiple stations and the large Concierge Team adopted it immediately.
It has since then always evolved and after the Ritz Paris that became our first client, many others have joined the happy users.
Many new features have appeared and after becoming web-based a few years ago, version 7 will now be a fully responsive evolution.
